Warranty Disclaimer

The materials and products displayed and offered for sale on this site are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, except for the specific claims made about each particular product on the site. Movie Poster Madness sells their products at prices indicated in good faith and based on broadly available market information, but with no guarantee of their resell value or investment prospect.

Return and Refund

You may return any item for full refund (less shipping charges) provided you: (a) contact us within 3 days of receipt so that the item can be returned to inventory; (b) return the item within 14 days, properly insured in its original packaging. Please make sure that posters are not damaged while in your possession and are returned in the condition they were supplied.

All sales on this site are on “as is” basis. If you have received something different from what you ordered, or at the time of collection notice damage that you were not aware of it before, you can demand a replacement or a refund.

If merchandise is received damaged, all claims must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise. Evidence that damage was not inflicted after receipt may be required. In such cases, if item(s) cannot be replaced a full refund will be issued. Orders cannot be cancelled by refusing to accept delivery.
